Manage Your Account

Registered users have the advantage of accessing and organizing their previously ordered Profiles. After logging in to your account, you will be directed to your account management page, with links for conducting a new Profile search, updating registration and account information, and viewing your order history.

The Order History page allows you to view your Profiles in three ways, which can be selected from the View Preference drop-down menu:

View by Order displays Profile orders from most to least recent. You can view additional order information by clicking Detail.



View by Profile displays your purchased Profiles individually in a list that can be sorted by Order Number, Order Date, Profile Description, Billing Reference, Rate, Quantity, or Total. Copies of all your previously purchased Profiles are archived on our server, and can be downloaded again at any time by clicking the Download button.



View by Billing Reference allows you to search for Profiles with a certain Billing Reference number, or within a certain date range. Simply select the Billing Reference number and/or range of dates from the drop-down menus and click Go to generate a list of all purchased Profiles that meet your criteria. You can then export the list to a spreadsheet file by clicking the Export button.



For security purposes, don’t forget to log out of your account after each session by clicking the Log Out link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you ever forget the password to access your account, simply click the Forget your password? link on the Log In page and enter your e-mail address. Once you answer your security question, your password will be e-mailed to you immediately.
